About This Station

Kamiso-Okutsuki is a coastal stop on the JR Sotobo Line in eastern Chiba. Local service only; Chiba is 60 minutes away. The coastal location offers minimal beach appeal and visitation. The area is sparsely settled and modest. Rental demand is seasonal and weak. Property costs should be extremely low. This is a marginal coastal investment best approached for ultra-cheap acquisition positions, not for yield or tourism play.
