About This Station

Tenryugawa is an express stop on the Tokaido Main Line, positioned between Shizuoka and Hamamatsu on a relatively rural stretch. The area is sparsely developed with little commercial activity. Rental demand is minimal — mostly local residents and passing workers. Properties are extremely cheap but yields are equally thin at 2.5-3.5%. Growth prospects are poor. This is pure value/speculation territory with no fundamental investment case.
